Amidst the flurry of festivities and holidays (thank goodness), time alone to think about how the year has unfolded has got us thinking of what we should be thankful for, and maybe the regrets we have and how the next year can be a slightly better one. Maybe it can be as simple as getting yourself a planner, or getting into shape, or even calling your mother (yes, it seems we forget to do the things that matter most). These tasks – ranging from the small to the big ones –– can be difficult, so why not take inspiration from this eclectic list that Maria Popova from brainpickings.org has put together? We hope this list inspires you as much as it has inspired us!
"Not to be fond of Children, or let them come near me hardly.
Not to be covetous.
Not to neglect decency, or cleenlyness, for fear of falling into Nastyness." – Jonathan Swift
"if possible — take at least one class at university — in literature –.
take care of my instrument — personally & bodily (exercise)
try to enjoy myself when I can — I’ll be miserable enough as it is." – Marilyn Monroe

Setting resolutions has been important –– we think about moving forward with a hope that we are unfolding into better versions of ourselves and aspiring towards greater things for ourselves as individuals and for others as well. For INNI, the coming year holds much excitement as well as anxiety as we look towards rolling out a better INNI 2.0 (more details will be unveiled soon). Look forward to 2015 with INNI as we continue to build a fashion-conscious and technologically forward community together. Stay tuned!
